Jacobsen is pleased to offer service and support for our systems, as well as other x-ray systems. 

Proper maintenance is essential for keeping an x-ray system in tip top shape.  This includes cleaning components at regular intervals and inspecting the output to ensure it is within specification.  Regular maintenance allows replacement of components at a stage before critical failure, instead of after.

If components are found to be out of specification, they can be calibrated back to acceptable parameters, or scheduled for replacement at the next service.  Replacing components before they fail reduces downtime and emergency repair costs.

Jacobsen can also test and calibrate your existing x-ray system for optimal performance.  The characteristics of image intensifiers, cameras and displays can change over time, resulting in less than optimal images. 

Some of the services offered include x-ray tube replacement, failed tube disposal, image intensifier calibration and replacement, video system testing and calibration, and high voltage generator and imaging system upgrades.
