Based on our service reports; the machine has performed for since fall 2000 (four years), virtually non-stop at 24/7, with a cycle time of less than 30 seconds for three views of a 16x7J wheel (not including load or unload time). The uptime of the system is now better than 95%.
Jacobsen is always available if problems occur, and can provide telephone troubleshooting, and, if required, can be on site in two to three hours. For noncritical service, Jacobsen has responded to service calls within twelve hours of notification of problems. When required, their service is fast and efficient.
