Based on our service reports; the machine has performed for since fall 2000 (four years), virtually non-stop at 24/7, with a cycle time of less than 30 seconds for three views of a 16x7J wheel (not including load or unload time). The uptime of the system is now better than 95%.
Jacobsen is always available if problems occur, and can provide telephone troubleshooting, and, if required, can be on site in two to three hours.
