X-Ray Beam Shutter

Double Slit Diaphragm
Jacobsen's double-slit diaphragm is an x-ray beam masking device. It is mounted on the x-ray source or detector and controls the dimensions of the x-ray beam on the sample part and/or on the detector.
X-Ray Filter Jacobsen's x-ray filter is an device that attaches to the x-ray tube. It is designed to harden the x-ray beam and improve the quality of the x-ray image.The filter has copper leaves that can be moved into the x-ray beam, individually or in multiples, to provide different levels of hardening. MAXIcool™ Cooling Pumps Jacobsen's MAXIcool™ W (water) or O (oil) is a system of parts for keeping the x-ray tube at a safe operating temperature. Using a specially designed, heavy duty cooling pump and multiple sensors, MAXIcool™ ensures that cooling water/oil temperature never exceeds the tube manufacturer's specification. MAXIcool™ is hard wired to the x-ray generator and disables x-rays if there is a cooling fault. The system includes cooling pumps, temperature and flow monitors, piping, quick disconnects and other accessories. |
