MAXIpart™ Universal is a highly versatile radioscopic inspection system for spot tests and inspection of small series of a variety of test samples, including light metal castings, steel components, plastics, ceramics and special alloys.
The design of the system allows great flexibility in applications like production, incoming inspection, failure analysis or research and development.
MAXIpart™ Universal is available in either manual or semiautomatic configurations.
MAXIpart™ is designed to be as compact as possible while still providing excellent accessibility for loading and unloading parts. A smaller footprint means less room is required for inspection. Heavy or bulky parts can be loaded into the machine using a forklift. Door opening times are also reduced to speed up loading and unloading of parts.
MAXIpart™ uses high quality, field proven parts to ensure high reliability and long life expectancy. A dual focal spot tube allows inspection to continue if one focal spot stops functioning, an added bonus at no additional cost.

MAXIpart™ comes with an ergonomically designed operator console that uses a simple, intuitive touch screen user interface to make programming and operation of the system easy. The variable speed mode makes learning the system easy and safe, and allows experienced operators to speed up inspection according to their experience.

Below is a picture of the MAXIpart™ manipulator with x-ray tube (in orange) and image intensifier (in grey). Also available are linear diode array and flat panel detectors. The dimensions of the manipulator can be customized to meet your requirements.
Specialized attachments are available in addition to the standard rotation table. These part related attachments allow precise inspection of specific parts, such as wheels.
